This Privacy Policy describes how LudoTactics ("the app", "we", "us"), developed by Sushmit Harsh, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the app on your device. By using LudoTactics you agree to the practices described here.
Account information. If you sign in, authentication is handled by Google Play Games Services and Firebase Authentication. We receive your Google Play Games player ID, display name, and (if you grant it) your email address. Signing in is optional — you can play as a guest.
Game progress and statistics. Your gameplay data — level, XP, achievements, win/loss statistics, in-game currency (gems), purchased in-game items, daily challenge progress, and settings — is stored locally on your device. If you sign in, this data is also synced to our cloud servers (Google Firebase) so you can restore it across devices and appear on leaderboards.
Online multiplayer. When you play online matches, your display name, player ID, and live match data (moves, dice rolls, match results) are processed through Firebase Realtime Database and Cloud Functions to run the game.
Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics for Firebase to collect anonymous usage information such as gameplay events, session length, device type, operating system version, country-level region, and crash diagnostics. This helps us improve the game.
Advertising data. The app shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID), IP address, and coarse device information to serve and measure ads, which may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings and applicable law.
Push notifications. If notifications are enabled, Firebase Cloud Messaging generates a device token used to deliver notifications (e.g. daily challenge reminders). You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
Referrals. If you use a referral link, we store the connection between the referring and referred accounts to grant in-game rewards.
The app uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:
Cloud data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated cloud data at any time by emailing ssushmitt.hharshh@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my LudoTactics data". We will complete the deletion within 30 days. Local data can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
LudoTactics is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Data synced to the cloud is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EU, CCPA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below. You can also reset your Android Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device's Google settings.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
